After having to go through a lot of obstacles in my personal life, yoga has become a way for me to escape stress. Not only does this physical activity helps my mental wellness, but it also allows me to challenge myself physically. Being a very active person myself, I think the idolem hot yoga is the perfect balance between physical activity and relaxation.

At the professional level, I have been looking for a new stimulating career challenge. Having an bachelor’s degree in finance and marketing, becoming the owner of an Idolemfranchise was an obvious choice, and also allows me to merge my two passions, sports and entrepreneurship.
