Located in the SSQ tower, with direct access to the metro as well as indoor, heated parking, free of charge and charging stations available for electric vehicles. Our hot room accommodates nearly 50 yogis and offers a variety of classes that will please you. The light of our studio welcomes you in its calm and serene space where you will find well-being and warmth. Relax with tea or energize yourself with a smoothie made with all our love. I discovered Idolem thanks to a friend. Immediately, the idea of sharing with as many people as possible the happiness and well-being that the Idolem community brought to me germinated in my mind. A graduate in human resources management, I have always had the happiness of people at heart and it is this common point with Idolem that won me over. At the dawn of my forties, I therefore chose to change my life by taking over the activities of the Longueuil studio and I am filled with gratitude to be part of the wonderful Idolem family.

The practice of yoga allows me to maintain a balance, both physical and mental, essential to my daily routine. At Idolem, I discovered this perfect balance between well-being and surpassing oneself. It is actually a way of life!
