This has been my mantra since I realized that in order to be happy in my life, I had to find my true balance. Working as a professional dancer for several years, yoga has given me that inner peace and the power to listen. IDOLEM studios inspire true calm and as soon as I walked in, I felt that I had come to the right place. IDOLEM Lorraine is MY perfect balance between business, mental well-being and fitness. That is why today, I am proud to join this beautiful community.
