The Bois-Franc studio will have a hot room with 55 places, and many classes with flexible schedules. A lounge area, a health shakes bar and large changing rooms will be at your disposal.

After working in various call center positions for 25 years, I have devoted the last 19 years of my career to call center management. During this journey, I have always been looking for a balance between personal and professional, which is not always easy.

In 2013, I discovered Hot Yoga at Idolem and therefore the place where the hustle and bustle of life took a break. Over time, Idolem has contributed to my much sought-after balance and also helped me get through the pressure of work and storms of stress.

Today, I am the proud owner of 3 Idolem studios. My team and I are happy to welcome you there every day in Bois-Franc (Ville St-Laurent), Centropolis (Laval) and St-Denis (Villeray).
