Our new Idolem studio in Saint-Jean sur Richelieu is simply majestic, one of a kind, warm with a mix of the exotic and the current trend! It feels good, it's spacious, the place and the people are welcoming and are sure to brighten up your day. You walk into the studio and here's your moment! Everything has been designed to get you to escape and live your present moment with us and our beloved yoga teachers!

More precisely, the studio has been designed for your comfort and to meet your needs: Several parking spaces, a large reception, large changing rooms (4 showers for women and 3 showers for men), facilities for swimming. beauty, 57 places in the hot room, a tea station, a salt wall and hours and a number of lessons based on your daily reality, etc. In short, it is a sublime place that we want to come and come back to again and again and for an eternity !!

I introduce myself:

Mother of 2 children and sharing my life with a wonderful man, I am very happy to be part of the IDOLEM group and to have made the decision to open a hot Yoga studio in the territory of the city where I am chose to live and found my hopes and my ideals.

A geographer by training, I worked for 15 years in the municipal sector, doing planning and being responsible for territorial development while growing up in a family where business was part of everyday life. Filled with certainties, convictions and excitement, I begin the second part of my professional life by offering myself one of the most beautiful gifts of my life: to sell well-being and a customer experience to all those who will have the call of the zenitude and which will go as far as crossing the doors of my hot Yoga studio in Saint-Jean. Warm by nature, I always welcome them with joy and of course, with the most beautiful of my smiles.
