First of all, I would like to take the time to tell you that I am very happy and excited to be able to open a second studio in Montreal, more specificly in Griffintown. I will go back to the city I worked a lot when I was younger. Being passionate about dance since I was two years old, I grew up in the world of movement, dance, ballet, physical and mental discipline. Having been a professional ballerina and dancer for more than half of my life, this profession was very significant for me and Montreal was the center of this passion. Going from the classic show of The Nutcracker with the Grands Ballets Canadiens to the Bell Center for the incredible show of Kid Rock to the cult tv show ´La Fureur' and so on ... I experienced great adventures full of adrenaline and great happiness in our beautiful city of Montreal. So I just can't wait to settle here for my second passion which also happened very early in my life in parallel with dance, and yes I am talking here about yoga and mainly hot yoga as well as its teaching that I advocate by my instinctive and disciplinary side. My first yoga studio was created in Mascouche, the Idolem Mascouche some time after giving birth to my first daughter Maeva 5 years ago and I am more than happy to open this second yoga studio the Idolem Griffintown some time later after giving birth to my second daughter Lyvia just a few weeks ago. The balance between family, passion and profession is my priority ! You will surely not be surprised to soon see a bar fit yoga class on the schedule with my style
