I discovered Idolem thanks to a friend. Immediately, the idea of sharing with as many people as possible the happiness and well-being that the Idolem community brought to me germinated in my mind. A graduate in human resources management, I have always had the happiness of people at heart and it is this common point with Idolem that won me over. At the dawn of my forties, I therefore chose to change my life by taking over the activities of the Longueuil studio and I am filled with gratitude to be part of the wonderful Idolem family.

The practice of yoga allows me to maintain a balance, both physical and mental, essential to my daily routine. At Idolem, I discovered this perfect balance between well-being and surpassing oneself. It is actually a way of life!
