I am Tanya De Montigny, new owner of IDOLEM Brossard.  As a child, I was already very sporty, dance, gymnastics and AAA-caliber soccer. I've always loved to move. Already in College I dreamt of having my own dance studio while my parents saw a better career choice in science. A journey which I undertook.

17 years and 3 children later... Influenced by my own challenges, including anxiety and Achilles tendonitis, I took my first class at IDOLEM and felt like a fish to water. With all the benefits that Yoga has brought me; happiness, surpassing oneself, living in the present moment, etc. and the Idolem details that make the practice so extraordinary, I chose to do my yoga teacher training with the IDOLEM Academy, so that I could share this well-being.

My mission in joining the Brossard community is to be there for you, to offer you a place where there is no judgement, that will bring you inner peace, gratitude and joyfulness each time you visit.
