It all started with a friend asking me for help in his project to acquire a license at Idolem. Originally, I was only supposed to provide support in administration and accounting. I already knew the IDOLEM studios and I went regularly and the well-being that I felt after each practice had become indispensable in my daily life.

Following our meeting with the founder, I quickly realized that I had the chance to offer this wellbeing and to share my passion for yoga with other people. So it was me who acquired the license and opened the beautiful studio in Boucherville!

I always have been passionate about all aspects of health, nutrition and improving the physical condition of people and I believe that owning a yoga studio was just my destiny.
