Being a sporty person by nature and at heart for a long time, I entered the world of hot yoga recently (April 2015) my story began with a trip to St-Martin Island in the Caribbean, a retreat of hot yoga IDOLEM, and less than a month of practice in the studio where I literally fell in love with it. Being a complement to my daily training (Gym training and swimming) all the benefits that this discipline brings to me both physically and spiritually thus fill this void that persisted in me. The acquisition of an IDOLEM studio fulfills a dream I had since I was little and which has recently come true. Here I am entered the wonderful world of Hot Yoga and I am very proud of it !!
