After working in various call center positions for 25 years, I have devoted the last 19 years of my career to call center management. During this journey, I have always been looking for a balance between the personal and the professional, which is not always easy.

In 2013, I discovered Hot Yoga at Idolem and therefore the place where the hustle and bustle of life took a break. Over time, Idolem has contributed to my much sought-after balance and also helped me get through the pressure of work and storms of stress.

Today, I am the proud owner of 4 Idolem studios. My team and I are happy to welcome you there every day in Bois-Franc (Ville St-Laurent), Centropolis (Laval), Le Plateau (Montreal) and St-Denis (Villeray).

Life has always taken me where I needed to be, or at least that's how I feel! I discovered the practice of hot yoga a few years ago at Idolem St-Denis and it quickly became part of my daily life. It was in 2019 that I made the jump from a full-time job in an agency to become a yoga teacher. With my background in teaching dance, the transition has come naturally and to this day I find great joy in every class I teach ... I have never looked back.

I am so excited today to be able to build, with a great team by my side, this haven of peace located in the heart of Montreal where people can escape the hustle and bustle of the city to drop off for a while. Whether it is to relax, or to surpass oneself, I want to offer this beautiful community of the Plateau a place where we cultivate physical and mental well-being.
