I discovered hot yoga 10 years ago searching for a way to relax, stay fit and relax. I was bitten by the yoga bug and the matt has become one of my favorite places in the world. Unfortunately, I injured my back and I had to stop my practice, but thankfully I was introduced to Pilates. With this type of exercise, I rebuilt my body and healed my injury. I was so grateful to it that I wanted to give back to others the well-being I had found. So there I am, a Pilates teacher and yoga enthusiast! IDOLEM welcomed me for over three years and the courses and teachers here have helped me grow in my Pilates teaching. My studio gives me the home feeling. There I like everything, I feel good and I want to welcome all those who wants to feel like me.
